Question: Help! I've forgotten my password what do I do?
  Answer:  You can retrieve your password anytime you like by clicking on the "Forgotten Password" Link from the Jobseekers menu on the left hand side of the site. Your password will be emailed to you and so you must provide exactly the same email address that you used when you first registered. CLICK HERE for a password reminder.
Question: Help! I can't activate my account using the activation key I received what do I do?
  Answer:  We can resend your activation key. Please click on the "Forgotten Key" Link. Your activation key will be emailed to you and so you must provide exactly the same email address that you used when you first registered. CLICK HERE to resend your activation key by email.
Question: How do I receive Jobs by Email?
  Answer: It's very simple! you need to register for your Jobseekers Account and upload your CV / Résumé first. You can then subscribe to the Jobs by Email service by clicking on the "Jobs by Email" Link from the Jobseekers navigation menu and select your preferences, you can choose to receive details of new jobs posted on the site matching your Job Industry / CV / Résumé category by email: Daily or Weekly.
You can unsubscribe from the Jobs by Email service anytime you like by clicking on the Jobs by Email Link from the Jobseekers navigation menu and clicking the unsubscribe button.

Question:  I need to change / update information on my
CV / Résumé can I do this and how?
  Answer: Yes you can! you can change or update your CV / Résumé information by clicking on the "Edit My CV / Résumé" Link from the Jobseekers navigation menu.
After making your changes or updating your information click the
Save Button. You can also see how your CV / Résumé will be viewed by Employers & Recruiters by clicking on the Preview CV / Résumé Link. CLICK HERE to change or update your online CV / Résumé.
Question: I would like Employers & Recruiters to be able to download my CV / Résumé file in Word/PDF formats is this possible?
  Answer: Yes, it is possible for Employers & Recruiters to download your CV / Résumé file in Word/PDF formats. You just need to click on the "Edit My CV / Résumé" Link in the Jobseekers navigation menu then upload your CV / Résumé saved on your own your computer into our system by using the browse (Upload) button. Once completed click the Save Button. CLICK HERE to upload your CV / Résumé file now.
Question: How do I delete my Jobseekers Account?
  Answer:  To delete your Jobseekers Account. Login to your account via the Jobseekers navigation menu and click on the "Delete My Account" Link. Please remember that once you delete your Jobseekers Account you will not be able to apply for jobs online through OnlineJobzone.com or receive the latest jobs by email or messages from Employers or Recruiters. This is because all of your personal, contact and login information, in addition to any CV/Résumé posted by you will be deleted. So please be sure.

Question: When do my posted jobs expire?
  Answer: The expiration period of the job depends on the type of e-Job Advertising Package you have selected but all Employers & Recruiters can specify the expiry date to suit their needs i.e. you can end your job posting early if required. However, the normal expiration period for a job is 28 days.
Question: We have lots of jobs that we would like to list all at once but we are short on time! can you help?

Question: I would like upload my logo, and display it with my jobs, is this possible?
  Answer: Yes, you just need to upload your logo file in an acceptable format i.e. gif, jpg, jpeg or png only and with a maximum size of 120x60 pixels (i.e. 120= Width, 60= Height). You can do this by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Company" Link from the Employers & Recruiters navigation menu. CLICK HERE to upload your company logo.
Question: How do I delete my Employers & Recruiters Account?
  Answer:  To delete your Employers & Recruiters Account. Login to your account via the Employers & Recruiters navigation menu and click on the "Delete My Account" Link. Please remember that once you delete your Employers & Recruiters Account you will not be able to post jobs online through OnlineJobzone.com, view our CV/Résumé database, receive the latest Jobseeker CV/Résumés by email or applications from Jobseekers, and some of our other services which require an Employers/Recruiters OnlineJobZone.com Account. This is because all of your personal, contact and login information, in addition to any company profile information posted by you will be deleted. So please be sure.
